These terms and conditions apply to all participants in Niall Doorhy’s dance classes. By booking or attending a class, you agree to these terms.
Booking And Payment
- All classes must be booked in advance through www.nialldoorhydancer.ie, or by calling 087 3536502
- Deposits must be made in full before attending the class. Accepted payment methods include cash, card and online payment
- Any outstanding balance must be paid on arrival before the first class commences
- No refunds will be issued once a class has been booked, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Cancellations And Refunds
- If you need to cancel a class, you must provide at least 48 hours notice before the first class commences
- Missed classes are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled where possible
- If a class is cancelled by the instructor, a rescheduling option will be offered
- Classes will not be cancelled for a yellow weather alert. However, if customers do not wish to travel during a yellow alert, a rescheduling option will be offered (where applicable)
- If a class is cancelled by the instructor due to an orange or red weather warning in place for the scheduled time of the class, a rescheduling option will be offered
Health And Safety
- Participants must be physically fit to take part in dance classes
- Any existing injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed before participating
- Niall Doorhy Dancer is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes. Participants dance at their own risk
- Only paying customers are allowed to attend dance classes. No spectators or onlookers are permitted into the classes. This is to ensure the safety of customers and their personal belongings are not compromised
Code Of Conduct
- Respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow students is required at all times
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviours may result in removal from the class without a refund
- Participants must maintain neat dress to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone
Liability Waiver
By participating in dance classes, you acknowledge the risk of injury and agree that Niall Doorhy Dancer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during classes.
Photography And Video
- Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes
- If you do not wish to be included in such material, please inform us before the class
- No videos or photos of Niall Doorhy Dancer are permitted during dance classes or tutorials without prior consent
- Participants are welcome to record short videos clips for fun and promotional purposes. However, please be respectful of others who may not wish to be included in recordings, particularly those in the background. If in doubt, ask for consent before filming or taking videos
Data Protection
- Personal information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes
- We do not share or sell personal data. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details
Changes To Terms
Niall Doorhy Dancer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated accordingly.
